- Meets accounts receivable operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews.

- Meets accounts receivable financial standards by providing annual accounts receivable budget information, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, implementing corrective actions.

- Supports financial planning by forecasting cash.

- Processes invoices received and apply them to the concerned departments and people. Receives bills, acknowledges the terms of the invoices and relays that information to account payable managers.

- Make sure invoices are approved in time to meet established payment cycle.

- Remits payments on invoices as directed by accounts payable management.

- Works in accordance with the payment process outlined by the accounts payable manager

- Responsible for corporate liquidity, investments and risk management related to a company's financial activities
