Position: Vice President of Finance Transition

Experience:

- 12-15 years in the finance domain.

- Proven experience in managing core finance teams, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Strong background in managing transitions from global locations to India.- Must for the role.

- Transition of process from UK to India

- Exp in UK geos highly preferred with exp in Transition

- Experience in managing end-to-end client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing and leading a team of finance professionals.

- Handling end-to-end financial operations and ensuring seamless integration of financial processes.

- Managing and executing transition projects efficiently.

- Ensuring adherence to high standards of financial reporting and compliance.

- Managing client relationships effectively, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

- Cultivating a positive and productive work culture within the team.
