Job Description - An opportunity to lead the Finance Change function for a leading KPO working in a global environment .

Client Details

Our client is a leading KPO and one of the leading financial services group. As part of expansion of their India based captive centre, they are looking for an experienced change management professional to join their team as a Vice President to drive change and continuous improvement culture at their finance shared services set-up based in Delhi NCR.

Description

- You would be responsible to drive the finance change

- Interacting with senior stakeholders and managing metrics of the end to end projects that could be either delivery programs or streamlining of operational processes

- Driving continuous improvements working closely with systems team.

Profile

- CA/MBA with over 10 years of relevant experience in finance change / finance transformation in shared services for banking or non banking clients

- Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong track record of success in a leadership role.

- Prior experience in driving transformation using lean, digitization and automation will be preferred.
