Vice President - Finance - Technology Firm

Background to the role:

- Our client is a US headquartered IT services & Product company that is funded by some marquee investors. As the business partner to the leadership team, the role is expected to lead financial & business planning, budgeting, forecasting and manage investor relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Advise and work with the CEO on business planning and forecasting and investor relationships issues

- Trusted advisor to the CEO, Board and Investors on fundraising and managing investor reporting requirements.

- Lead and manage MIS Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting.

- Drive financial performance, cash flow, working capital and cost reduction initiatives as needed.

- Leading and provide direction to the finance team.

Experience:

- 15 to 20 years of professional experience with mid sized services (IT/Analytics/KPO/Legal/Research/Business) / product / B2B startup companies.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.

- Hands-on experience in strategic business finance and should have worked with global stakeholders.
