VP- Finance & Strategy

Objective:

Responsible for collaborating with business heads, provide market intelligence, insights, support in new business initiatives and profitable growth, identify new projects in consultation with CFO- track, execute and implement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide market intelligence and opportunities based on market research in terms of product mix, funding mix, merger & acquisitions, regulatory developments, etc.

2. Prepare / review business case to support portfolio buyout, new investment, strategic and other business decisions

3. Collaborate with business heads and provide insights for AUM and profit growth

4. Support in new business initiatives and work with the team, track, execute and implement

5. Presentations and status updates by performing analysis and deliver relevant and insightful management information

6. Track peers in terms of benchmarking, trends, major update, etc.

7. Analyze and interprets Financials reports and KPI and make appropriate recommendation within financial and strategic context

8. Focus on process improvement, automation, accuracy and productivity

9. Assist CFO/CEO on adhoc strategic requirements / presentation and drive strategic initiatives

10. To liaise with Consultants / Advisors for various initiatives / projects and in planning meetings

11. Cost optimization opportunity and other best practices
