Vice President - Finance - SaaS/B2B

Vice President of Finance, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the financial strategy of the company. This leadership position requires a seasoned finance professional with a deep understanding ofbusiness models, U.S. financial regulations, and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership:

- Provide strategic financial leadership, working closely with executive management to drive financial success and achieve business objectives.

Team Management:

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, overseeing functions such as controllership, financial planning, analysis, and compliance.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, including revenue forecasting, expense planning, and resource allocation.

- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

- Drive FP&A initiatives to provide insights into business performance, key metrics, and profitability analysis.

Fundraising and Investor Relations:

- Lead fundraising efforts, collaborating with key stakeholders to secure capital for the company's growth.

- Manage relationships with investors, providing regular updates and reports.

US Financial Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with U.S. financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.

- Oversee financial audits and liaise with external auditors.

Cash Flow Management:

- Implement effective cash flow management strategies to support operational needs and growth initiatives.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company operates within acceptable risk parameters.

Business Expansion:

- Contribute financial expertise to strategic initiatives, including market expansion, product launches, and potential mergers or acquisitions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

- Proven experience in a senior finance role within a SaaS/B2B company, preferably catering to U.S. clients.
