Vice President - Finance - Real Estate/Construction Industry

VNR has been retained by an established developer, specializing in delivering build-to-suit and state-of-the-art IT infrastructure and commercial buildings, to manage the search for a senior professional to lead the finance function for the company. The role will report directly to the promoters, manage funding, treasury, bookkeeping, budgeting & compliance and will be based at the company's head office in Delhi NCR.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Supporting due diligence in regard to PE/FDI/EQUITY investments and new project acquisition

- Treasury management

- Debt / equity / fund mobilization. Fund flow and it's variance management

- Ensuring compliance of Terms agreed with lenders / investors

- Monitoring of application of funds and Monitoring of non-fund based facilities

- Budget Variance analysis for all Projects / Facilities

- ROC & Company Law related compliances & matters.

- Finalization of Accounts and coordinating Tax planning for the Group

- Fund Flow provisioning based on Budgets/fund flow forecasts

- Internal/Statutory audits

- Investor related Accounts support

- Statutory compliances - Tax related

- Follow up & support IT/Service Tax related Scrutiny/Assessment matters (in coordination with consultants).

- Supervision of Filling/upkeep of accounting records

- Capitalization of Assets in respective companies of the group

- MIS

- The incumbent will be a senior member of the team and will work directly with the promoters of the company.

To be suitable, the candidate must have:

- At least 15 years of experience in Finance

- Deep understanding of the construction / infrastructure industry

- Prior experience in raising funds
