- Should not have had more than 2 jobs in 8 years

- Presently working for a company with a MIN turnover of 1000 Cr.

- Should presently from an organization which sells 150 apartments pa - INR 5 cr

- Should be presently managing contracts value of atlease 1000 cr per project

- Presently negotiated and managed and signed contracts

- Presently working with a company in a real estate sector

- Presently designing the business plans for maximizing the profitability & revenue generation and realizing corporate goals

- Presently working on Annual Budgeting, forecasting and analysis of variances in expenses to budget

- Presently managing accounting, taxation, treasury, operational management, MIS, financial reporting and analysis, resourcing and budget planning and financial systems development

- Presently should be conducting analysis for budget vs. actual on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Analyze variances on a financial statement level and provide overall analytical reviews of financial statement fluctuations

- Recently or in the past must have worked in a publicly listed company essential. Preference will be given to candidates who have interacted with institutes like SEBI, Stock exchange and RBI

- Should have prepared and circulated MIS Reports, Cash & Fund Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, Audit Reports and other financial reports to keep track of financial performance

- Coordinated with other departments for designing, creating and implementing advance reporting scorecards, dashboards and business intelligence solutions for the Top Management & Business Heads
