About Our Client  Our client is one of the leading India focused PE funds, with a combined corpus of more than USD 2 Bn raised from top tier international institutions.  Job Description  Reporting to the MD Finance, you will be responsible for:   1.Enabling effective business performance analysis of portfolio companies  2.Partnering with the business management teams for review and analysis  3.Supporting the CFOs of portfolio companies on tax and regulatory matters  4.Managing debt for portfolio company  5.Supporting deal team in diligence and analysis  The Successful Applicant  You will be a qualified CA/MBA with 10-15 years of post-qualification experience, with significant experience in business finance. Sound understanding of taxation, treasury, accounts and banking is critical for this role.   The ideal candidate will have experience in heading business finance for a mid to large sized business with a track record of delivering strong results.
