Job Description :

Our client is looking for a VP Finance as part of their in-house finance excellence team. The incumbent will be part of the larger finance support team, and will get an opportunity to work with various portfolio companies. The candidate may later be assigned to the finance teams of one of the investee companies at a leadership level.

Description :

Reporting to the MD Finance, you will be responsible for :

1. Enabling effective business performance analysis of portfolio companies

2. Partnering with the business management teams for review and analysis

3. Supporting the CFOs of portfolio companies on tax and regulatory matters

4. Managing debt for portfolio company

5. Supporting deal team in diligence and analysis

Profile :

You will be a qualified CA/MBA with 10-15 years of post-qualification experience, with significant experience in business finance. Sound understanding of taxation, treasury, accounts and banking is critical for this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in heading business finance for a mid to large sized business with a track record of delivering strong results. Candidates with top academic credentials, strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset will be strongly preferred.
