Vice President - Finance Operations - Global Service Delivery - Finance CoE - BFSI

Global Service Delivery is a business-aligned, customer-servicing organization with the primary objective of driving operational excellence across our businesses worldwide. Achieving this through the consolidation, simplification and continuous improvement of processes across the full range of operations, the division simultaneously takes responsibility for managing operational, location and Chief Operating Officer.

Role Purpose

The Centre of Excellence for Finance, is an integral part of Global Finance, supporting the finance teams across the globe. This with a strength of c.3, 000 FTEs, operates from Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai in India and Krakow in Poland. The gamut of operations include Financial Control including Operational Accounting, External (financial) and Regulatory reporting, Business Finance, HOST, Product Control, ALCM and Finance System Operations support processes.

The Business Finance sub-function covers Business Reporting for Global Businesses, Management Reporting and Analytics, Cost Performance, Client Profitability and Business Reporting Data Quality. This role is focused on consolidating the processes within Business Finance in line with the Global Business Finance blueprint, ensuring ongoing delivery and delivering benefits through migration and process re-engineering

Role Summary

The key responsibilities for this role include:

- Timely and accurate submission and reporting of financial data

- End to end accountability for Business Finance processes

- Ownership of the site level financial data originating from and interfacing Engage with Global leads to drive end to end processes with aligned structures to support and drive synergies

- Delivery of migration plans in collaboration with the stakeholders and the sub-functions Deliver on the standardization and simplification initiatives through process synergies and realization of cost saves through process re-engineering

- Support and deliver on global and local strategic projects such as Service Proposition, Data and Systems and other business facing projects

- Maintain a strong control environment and manage audits

- Provide leadership to the team through ongoing engagement, appropriate training and coaching interventions and facilitating transparent communication including with stakeholders.
