Vice President - Finance - Manufacturing Industry - CA

Below is the brief of the role for your reference:

- Banking: Ensure appropriate and timely consolidation of banking related work including bank sanction under Consortium Management, documentation, implementation, and its DP reports.

- Accounting: Ensure all accounting activities comply with financial regulations of all Units & HO

- Monthly AOP data analysis and MIS reporting

- Taxation: Oversee effective management and implementation of taxation (Direct & Indirect) for the unit and group

- Compliance management: Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances related to the Banks, Direct / Indirect taxes, GST return file.

- Liaison with Income tax, GST and Bank officials for smooth operations

- Incumbent should have good communication and articulation skills as he will be solely responsible for Investor relations in the group.

- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant

- Experience: Min 15 years' relevant experience with experience in manufacturing industry
