Vice President - Finance - IT - CA

What we want: -

- Ensure effective financial management of the business: responsible for performing all financial tasks and oversight necessary to achieve the region's mission and help execute growth plans.

- Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the region including profit and loss reports, and monitoring of regional and cash flow budgets.

- Financial Management, Cash Flow Monitoring, Budgeting - Planning, Banking Operations-Fund Raising, Cost Control, Financial Analysis, MIS, Define & execute financial accounting policies & procedures.

- Ensure compliance with organization's policies, procedures and guidelines related to finance, accounting and standing orders.

- Must be having hands on with the fundamentals of finance, accounts, financial planning, annual planning, budget planning, demand forecasting, highly analytical and a good team leader.

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Take overall responsibility and ownership of the Finance function of the organization.

2. Monitor and ensure all Finance processes are executed on time with accuracy.

3. Plan and implement process enhancements.

4. Manage and develop the Finance and Accounting team across Business Units.

5. Closely work with Business and Functional Heads to ensure seamless implementation of organization processes.

6. Oversee and manage cash flows across Business Units to ensure smooth running of the business.

7. Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies. Review and approve all compliance filings.

8. Anchor and manage internal and external audits for all group legal entities by Big 4 Audit Firms.

9. Manage Tax planning and related compliances covering both Direct and Indirect Taxes.

10. Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team

11. Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team

12. Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

13. Advising on long-term business and financial planning

14. Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders

15. Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures

Desired Candidate profile :-

- CA with 18+ years total accounting or finance experience.

- Proven experience as CFO, or a relevant role.

- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

- Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance-related issues.

- Ability to strategize and solve problems.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and people skills.
