Vice President - Finance - Investment Bank

A Global Investment Bank with shared services operations in India is actively seeking a VP in financial planning & analysis team. The candidate will be part of their global Business planning and analysis team and work closely with the senior executive team in decision making process.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Business performance reporting for global entities, budgeting, forecasting, Management information reporting and analytics. Providing strong financial leadership to the global businesses on a broad range of reporting, financial and commercial issues and opportunities.

- Working closely with CFO teams (as well as Financial Control, Tax, Treasury and Risk) to support the decision making process of the Executive teams by providing high quality decision support, insight, performance reporting and analysis..

- Leading a team of 8 to 10 people in FP&A / BP & A. Mentoring, coaching and team management.

- Providing strategic support to business leaders.

To qualify for this role you will require:

- Experience in Financial planning, business planning and management reporting in an financial services.

- 12 + years post qualification experience. CA, MBA in Finance.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Background in Business finance, decision support and corporate finance.

- Strong analytical and business transformation skills.

- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing deadlines
