VP- Finance : Responsibilities

We have an opening for a VP Finance for our office in Mumbai

The Individual would be responsible for Overall Finance Function including:

- Financial Accounting Requirements and maintaining Books of Accounts

- Monthly Tax Assessment & Management - Service Tax, TDS, Legal, Compliance and Management

- Owning the Company Business Plans including variance month on month

- Audits: Both internal and Statutory

- Management of Client Billing and Recoveries

- Management of Accounts Payables

- Managing a finance team

- Building on the processes, controls, and taking new initiatives to build robust department

- Interaction with CS for our Company's CS requirements

- Management of Company Payroll

- Interaction with Banks for our Banking Ops, OD requirements, etc.

- Interaction with the Investors both existing and new

- Manage MIS and Other Reporting requirements of HealthAssure and its Investors

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Financial Acumen; Ideally a Chartered Accountant

- Process Oriented

- Experience in Management of wide Financial roles

- Management of Teams
