Vice President - Finance - Freight forwarding & Logistics - CA

Required Candidate profile :

- Chartered Accountant from ICAI must

- Articleship with any Big four and post qualification in Industry of at least 6 to 10 Years in a Management Role.

Freight forwarding & Logistics Industry Preferred

Should be a good communicator, quick decision maker, team player, and lead a team of accounting staff at the branch offices

Position : Sr General Manager / VP Finance

Location : Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Controllership

- Monthly, Quarterly and annual MIS Variance analysis

- Statutory Compliances including Direct and Indirect Taxation in the Service Industry, Company's act, Annual Filings, FEMA, IFC etc

- Monthly and annual book close.

- Statutory, Tax and Internal Audits

- Maintaining Positive Cash Flows, Accounts Receivable follow up and healthy DSO/DPO.

- Balance Score card

- Lead and compile Monthly, Quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting process along with strategic inputs

- Ensure quality and timelines over financial transactions and reporting

- Develop and document Business Process effective business process and accounting policies to maintain effective internal controls.
