Vice President - Finance - FMCG/Manufacturing/FMCD - CA

- If you are a Chartered Accountant, having cleared in 1st attempt

- If you possess strong industry experience in either FMCG /FMCD or manufacturing

- If you have strong experience in costing

- If you have a strong foot hold on SAP

- If you have managed a Turn over of Rs.2,000 Crores and upwards

- If you are either heading the function or #2 in command in your present role

- Then, this is the mandate for you !

- Tamil speaking ability is mandatory

- Incumbents should be in the age bracket of less than 40 yrs

- Applicants should be high flyers, with fire in the belly .

Primary Responsibilities :

- Applicants will be responsible in financial planning, budget management functions, recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance.

- Will be responsible to monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget and oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department.

- Looking out for applicants who can manage the preparation of all financial reports and preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.

- Applicants will be responsible to prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal budgetary reporting requirements and department managers to develop business plans.

- Will be responsible in assisting and establishing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

- Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the department goals and objectives.

- Applicants will be responsible in planning, policy-making committees and primary government liaison relating to financial issues.

- Will be responsible to coordinate on financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
