Vice President - Finance - FinTech - CA

A leading unicorn fintech organisation is looking for a VP - Finance to head the business partnering and FP&A (financial planning and analysis) functions.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping the company achieve its growth targets by overseeing both functions with deep business understanding along with strong work ethic & rigor

Responsibilities :

- Influence CXO decision making through strong data dashboards and deep insights

- Lead modelling of Annual Operating Plan with scenario analysis. Drive decision making on spending and investments for the year.

- Deliver key Company P&L metrics of topline and bottomline

- Drive delivery of key business metrics through strong analysis and high integrity dashboards

- Build FP&A processes and charter for the Company

- Build a robust forecast process and deliver high forecast accuracy

- Set up and drive strong budgeting process for all business units

- Use technology to set up and automate strong and reliable processes

- Provide support for business due diligence during fund raising and acquisitions

- Work closely with CFO to continuously improve and strengthen the finance function

- Building a strong team of high quality, committed and motivated finance professionals

- Requirements :

- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with 10-18 years of experience

- Strong business partnering and collaboration skills

- Experience of partnering with business and delivering business results

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to efficiently communicate financial results to multi-functional team.

- Knowledge of financial and accounting reporting systems
