Vice President - Finance - FinTech

- The successful candidate will have a critical role in overseeing the finance teams across our multiple brands, implementing fiscal and financial controls, overseeing budgeting and cash flow, and ensuring the timely completion of bookkeeping, reporting, and consolidation.

- Develop and provide leadership in the execution of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

- Ensure alignment of the finance department's strategic objectives with the overall company objectives.

- Will oversee and work directly with the financial director of an individual entity to implement a financial management framework.

- Oversee budgeting and the implementation thereof, monitoring progress, and presenting operational metrics internally and externally.

- Direct and oversee all finance aspects including accounting, forecasting, budgeting, finance auditing, and tax strategies.

- Review and analyze financial reports, trends, and opportunities, providing recommendations based on these analyses.

- Offer strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.

- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, new program/strategy introductions, and regulatory actions.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.

- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds as needed.
