Vice President - Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis - SaaS

We are currently hiring for "VP Finance" role for a leading SAAS Company in Bangalore

You get to play a significant role in all core finance and accounting planning and operations. As part of these efforts, you will work closely with the senior management and directly report to founders to ensure operations remain on track to hit milestones. You get to conduct brainstorming sessions on a regular basis with CEO and COO along with senior management to build and deploy financial models, complex financial strategies, fund flow models and roadmap.

Responsibilities:-

- Build, augment and manage a complex financial model.

- Advise the founders, board and other key management personals on planning and budgeting, cash flow planning and management, administration, investment and treasury management.

- Providing financial strategy assistance and financial analysis to management, as well as the flexibility to review and alter established systems and procedures as needed.

- Implementation of standardised corporate reporting structure, assist with financial due diligence, deal structuring/negotiations.

- Lead yearly budgeting cycle and manage continuous reforecast that supports the company's strategic goals.

- Support the founders in fund raising related projects.

- Primary interface, coordination and management of external key vendors & partners.

- Streamlining accounting operations, manage internal controls, risk and governance, and provide financial review of different segments of business.

Required Qualifications:-

- A business or accounting degree, or 12-15+ years of experience in an accounting/ management capacity in an organisation.

- In-depth knowledge of financial benchmarking, fund raising, IR, accounting, and other regulatory matters.

- Proven work experience as a VP of Finance or similar role, a qualified CA with prior experience of working with start-ups is preferred.

- Candidates must demonstrate absolute integrity as a key member and contributor to the founders and entrepreneurial team.

- Strong organizational skills; must be able to manage and prioritize multiple business objectives and projects with the proper sense of urgency.

- Self-motivated, curious, diligent and ability to work independently.

- Understanding SaaS business will be a plus.
