Vice President - Finance - Deal Support - PE Fund - CA

Our client is a leading PE Fund with AUM of over $4Bn.

They are looking for Vice President- Finance in the Deal Support function

Job description:

1. The role would be in-charge of deal support, financial & transaction due diligence, financial analysis, fund structuring from a tax and regulatory view point

2. Working with an internal team of finance managers & funds administrators including liaising with auditors, consultants, bankers etc

3. Financial analysis & performance metrics for the portfolio companies across sectors

4. Overseeing Financial reporting & fund accounting, audits

Ideal candidate:

1. CA Batch 2005 to '08

2. 10+ years of experience working in the financial due diligence teams of Big 4s/ deal support teams of private equity/ venture capital funds

3. Experience across finance, deal support, accounts, audit, fund accounting and taxation
