Role: VP Finance SCOPE OF WORK: Excellent knowledge and experience in IFRS, IndAS, Process and Controls , Sox , accounting and ability to navigate with Internal and Statuary Auditors, taxation, operational management, MIS, financial, reporting and analysis, budget vs. actual on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, people development. PRINCIPLE REPSONSIBILITIES: Finance & Accounting: - Deep IFRS, IndAS, Sox, Financial, accounting and reporting processes and supporting systems - Ability to identify risks in processes and restructure the same. - Tracking of Budgets - Corporate Finance, Internal Control, Audit - Navigating with Internal and Statuary Auditors - Maintaining Compliance - MIS & Reporting for all businesses, Annual reports Cash & Working Capital Management: - Drive working capital management policies and processes to ensure efficient cash and inventory management - Ensure to maintain Cash flow within approved budget People Leadership - Coach, train, nurture finance & commercial team members - Drive engagement and retention of the team Educational Qualification & Experience: - - Experience in Banking/Financial Service domain specially ATM / POS industry will be preferred - Chartered Accountant with ~12-15 years' experience in working finance and accounts team - Excellent oral & written communication. - Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. - Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and good self-management discipline. - Ability to work in collaborative and fast-paced environment.
