About our Client - My client is one of the largest retailer in world. They are a billion dollar company with strong presence across India. They run into retail format. They largely focus on bringing efficiency in Supply chain and providing guaranteed low prices to their customers

Job Description - As the Vice President you will be responsible for end to end Finance with major emphasis on Controllership :

- Accounting and Compliances

- Treasury, financial Services and commercial finance

- Business FPNA

- Annual reporting, FPNA (person will have International reporting and presentation to the board members)

- Also, fair understanding and experience in:

a) Merchandise Finance

b) Real Estate Finance

c) Operation Finance

The above gives a flavor than a complete picture about the role.

The Successful Candidate

- CA mandatory + MBA(add on ) Not necessarily 1st attempt CA

- 15 -17 years of Experience ; 12 OK if exceptional track record

- Currently at FC to CFO position from MNC

- Diverse Team Management as he will be handling two functionally diverse teams

- Integrity + stable in his career

- Should be operational and strategic in his current role

- Presentation and communication skills must be fluent and crisp
