They are currently in the expansion mode.

The Role :

Looking for a senior leader who is absolutely business savvy to provide leadership for the finance function to support the expansion plans with primary focus on

- Fund raising from banks, financial institutions. Investor pitch

- Participate and value add to bring more JV deals

- Tax planning and execution

- Audits and Compliance - Taxation, Statutory etc.

The Person for the role :

- A Charted Accountant (C.A) with about 12 to 20 years experience with exposure to fund raising, bank management, investor management, tax planning and audits etc.

- A person who understands the nitty-gritty of the context and drive things accordingly.

- Real estate experience preferred.

- Conversant with English, Tamil and Hindi
