About our Client - Our client is India's largest manufacturer & exporter of Additive & Colour master batches and thermoplastic compounds for the Plastic Processing Industry. The Indian organization is ISO certified and is looking to hire a CEO for their organization in Mumbai.

Job Description - You will be reporting directly to the CEO of the company. Your main responsibilities will encompass:

- Strategic Financial Planning & Budgetary Control

- Fund Sourcing / Raising activities as required

- Preparation, appraisal and increasing the Working Capital limits for the business

- Managing the day to day accounting functions of the company

- Ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP and adherence to Indian Accounting standards

- Liaising with Senior officials of Banks and other financial institutions

- Responsible for working with Statutory Auditors, income tax returns and internal audit.

- In addition, you will also be required to continuously improve and implement finance and operating controls to ensure efficiency in the business operations

The Successful Candidate - You are a qualified CA, with minimum 20 years of post qualification experience. You should have had experience in Raising Funds and dealing with various bankers to increase working capital limits. You are a dynamic individual who is keen to take on a new challenge . You should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate well with senior management and key stakeholders within the organization To be successful in this role, you should have experience of working in a similar set-up and dealing with Promoters of the business.
