Vice President - Finance - CA - Mfg

Qualification : Chartered Account with 10-15 years post qualification experience

Experience : Must have total 10-15 years work experience preferably in a multi unit manufacturing company. Exposure to ERP environment is a must. Preference would be given to candidates with exposure on Baan. MNC exposure preferred.

Job Description:

- Overall responsible for maintaining financial accounts of the Company

- Complying with all reporting requirements of Company

- Statutory and internal audits

- All statutory, legal and secretarial compliances

- Management accounting and costing, Budgeting, Planning and managing financial requirements

- Compliance with all accounting standards and Companies Act requirements

- Leading a dedicated and motivated finance and accounts team, assisting top management with regard to working capital management.

- Setting proper internal controls

- Key member of top management team with focus on achieving corporate objectives - short term and long term
