Vice President - Finance - BPO/IT

The Role:

Looking for a CFO for the newly acquired business to lead the Finance integration and to drive the growth of the acquired entity. The role will report to the Group Finance Director and will work alongside the VP Finance for US, Israel, UK and Bangalore as well as a strong Group Finance team.

Key responsibilities

- Supported by Group Finance specialists, drive the Financial integration of the acquired business including Salesforce and Netsuite implementation and aligning accounting, forecasting and budgeting processes with the Group standards.

- Support the CEO and broader business with business and operational integration and driving business growth.

- Full typical VP Finance remit including high quality monthly P&L and cashflow actuals and forecast, working capital management, treasury including remitting cash to Group, local regulatory requirements, leading local annual business planning process as well as participating in commercial aspects of the business

- Working with local management investigate the current inhouse systems and recommend a future approach.

- Build strong relationships across the global finance team to ensure existing knowledge and skill set is leveraged

Qualification:

- 15 years plus finance experience and experience in senior financial roles

- University educated and subsequent accountancy qualification
