Vice President - Finance - BFSI - CA

- Serves as an active business partner with local leadership team (country general managers and country directors) in identifying and addressing financial and business issues, bringing effective information to bear, supporting timely decisionmaking, and personally driving action and results on initiatives where appropriate.

- Manages the development of people. Influences key decisions. Frequent exposure to CEO and SLT. Establishes self as the go-to person for all local financial matters for the business unit.

- Oversees the preparation, reporting, and analysis of financial information for the business unit, including budgets, forecasts, and monthly analyses of results. Prepares executive summaries and conduct monthly financial reviews with business unit leadership.

- Provides insightful, actionable analysis of revenue, customers; product lines, volumes, operating costs, profitability and capital projects on a recurring or special project basis in support of key business unit decision-making

- Leads the development of business cases for capital expenditures and other key initiatives

- Qualified CA is a must
