Vice President - Finance - BFS

- An analytical person with excellent business acumen partnering with Business head/CEO for growth of the business, strong on internal controls and financial management, development and retention of team

- Managing the process of financial/management reporting, forecasting and budgeting

- Managing end to end finance operation of the company

- Analyse financial reports and provide recommendation to business/CEO for growth of the business

- Take initiative for cost reduction, process optimisation to improve productivity and efficiency

- Review and set up strong internal financial controls

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws

- Good knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) in terms of interpretation and implementation

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, Ensure timely closure of audit issues and completion of audit on time

- Coordinating with Internal auditors, follow up for implementation of recommendations

- Annual Capex and Revenue Budget, Monthly rolling forecast with detailed variance analysis

- Coordinate Tax audit/cost audit

- Good communication skill and advance knowledge of MS Office ( Excel and PPT)
