Education : MBA ( Top B-School) / CA

Domain : Retail / Healthcare

Responsibilities :

MBA (Finance) / CA or equivalent degree with 15-20 years with minimum 5 years in a similar role.

Experience in the Healthcare or Retail industry would be preferable.

Direct responsibility for accounting and finance,budgeting and forecasting, strategic and financial planning, handling legal, taxation & statutory matters and relationships, vendor purchase,negotiations and payments, investor and board reporting, cash flow planning and cash management,strategic requirements, creating effective risk management strategies and processes etc..
