They are looking to hire a VP - Finance &amp; Accounts for Mumbai location. Job Profile - Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments. Analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management. Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements - Responsible for financial institution relationships management, Negotiation with banks for fund based and Non fund-based limits to meet the increasing needs of the company for its growth plans. - Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures. Advise senior team on financial planning budgeting, cash flow, allocation of funds to the operations. - Develop and monitor MIS as per monthly/quarterly / Annual operating plan. Analyzing the company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management. Need to have working knowledge of SAP - Coordinate and monitor various commercial, accounts functions across various divisions/businesses of the company. - Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking. Coordinating, preparing, and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports - Management Reporting. - Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality. - Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities; set objectives; establish priorities, and monitor and evaluate results. - Finalization of Corporate accounts. - Reporting to CFO of the company. Qualifications &amp; Skill Set - Chartered Accountant. with a Minimum of 15 + years- experience in a senior management role, in Cash Management, Treasury and MIS role, in a high-growth organization. - Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Strong mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise. - Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask. Superior management skills: ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers - Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives. - Certified Treasury Professional designation is a plus.
