Key Responsibilities -
1. Initiating the process of monitoring the sourcing quality of CASA sourced and sharing CASA based reports with the business units for their proactive review and necessary actions
2. Setting up process of preparing and sharing of reports based on alerts
Role :
- Setting up process of monitoring sourcing quality, sharing of inputs with business units for additional due diligence
- Customer's profile check to be conducted discretely by Independent Agencies, tracking and monitoring responses
- Raising alerts to branches for their detailed review and responses for cases where independent agency findings are negative
- Analysing of responses / further investigations to seek business decision on account continuity and staff actionables
- Maintaining of trackers with details of the cases reviewed
- Sharing of details of cases for staff accountability tracking
- Sharing of inputs for vendor payouts
- Sharing of details of the cases for reporting in monthly dashboard to Senior Management, MD note, FASCOM note
- Preparing and sharing of communication to sourcing staff on Fraud trends
- Solely responsible for execution of below listed activities as per Standard documented processes
- Timely attending to Customer complaints emails as per set TAT.
- Ensure error free tracker updation across all managed activities.
- Overseeing & ensuring smooth functioning of activities during respective Shifts.
