An exciting job opportunity for professionals having 12+ years of experience in Finance organization with exposure to people management, operations, regulatory reporting and financial products

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Delivering operational services that enables legal entity controllers and reporting teams to focus on report review and submission.

- Enabling straight through processing for External Regulatory Reporting

- Participating, and overseeing various aspects of production and review of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports filed

- Consolidating, reviewing, and analyzing daily, monthly & quarterly data

- Leading a 30 plus member team across Bangalore and Mumbai

- Performing variance analysis, data consolidation and review

- Leading execution of key projects

- Helping identify gaps in current reporting process

Requirements:

- Experience in Product Control, Financial Control and/or knowledge of Reg Reporting a plus

- Strong understanding of end-to-end reporting and control processes

- Strong verbal and written communications

- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills

- Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, CPA, MBA
