Vice President - Executive Search/Client Engagement - Multinational Search Consultant

The Role: Is of a Partner / VP with substantial variable compensation based on results.

The incumbent will work closely with Clients on senior and complex talent leadership requirements / positions. This position is accountable for acquiring / leading search mandates, delivering against leadership requirements and value creation for our clients.

At this level, there is an expectation that individuals will contribute to winning business through new Client acquisition or extension of current relationships.

The individuals will get an opportunity to deal with IRC leadership teams across all these 45+ countries and learn to manage cross-border executive search assignments. Will also closely work with the APAC team across 14 countries.

Role expectations include understanding of executive search, client-engagement industry expertise, mapping of leadership talent and organisation structures, ability to build and enhance relationships / networks and engage directly with senior executives.

The Candidate:

- The ideal candidates will have credible past experience in an Executive Search Organization of repute.

- He / She should be self-driven with excellent communication and presentation skills, initiative, diligence and smart innovative working.

- They should be able to develop smart and collaborative approach with clients to succeed. Individual should have the requisite maturity and experience of dealing with CEOs / CHROs.
