Designation: VP - Enterprise Sales (SAAS) Location: Delhi NCR and / or Mumbai Key Responsibilities - Responsible for direct client management for a select clientele as well as supervision, productivity, management and support towards 4-6 member sales team across India - Responsible for full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, negotiating, closing and working closely with the implementation teams to ensure delivery of solution, and ongoing relationship maintenance and cross-selling - Frequent travel within India may be required (post Covid-19) - Strategic role - Define target segments and customers based on the sales strategy - Develop strategic growth plans for large accounts - Define and implement initiatives to increase new deal flow - Track, manage, prioritize opportunities and forecast progress and outcomes across division - Constantly strive to learn and gain knowledge about the healthcare ecosystem and observe and adapt to changing market conditions, review direct competition, and conduct research Selling role - Build multi-level relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across renowned healthcare providers - Ensure competent understanding of the customer's requirements and business goals to recommend solutions for success. - Provide demonstrations / walkthroughs of product platform to drive customer engagement - Work closely with SME team and presales to generate new leads and prospects - Proactively build strategic alliances for business growth and market expansion Management role - Ensure the training and development of the sales team so that the best practices is embedded within the organization and that business continuity is maintained - Ensure tight execution of sales processes and compliance, including sales CRM, deal follow-ups, funnel tracking, metrics and KRA monitoring Requirements : - 8+ years of proven enterprise sales and business development experience in tech/ SAAS solutions - Deep experience in customer-facing sales role as well as team management - Strong advantages - MBA - Healthcare experience - Strong passion for customer success and experience of achieving customer satisfaction - Ability to articulate technical concepts and understand business drivers - Proven track record of execution of strategic sales cycles - Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client agreement - Strong Communication and interpersonal skills - Built and manage team of sales resources - Highly aggressive and motivated to drive the highest possible level of performance - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Drive, motivate and support team members to enhance productivity and achieve sales target - Revenue target driven sales approach.
