- Will manage high, medium and low calibre teams which will be highly diversified.

- He/she will have a multi-dimensional thought process and should be more inclined towards a Product approach to problem solving as compared to Operations heavy approach.

- Will look at Conceptualisation and execution of strategic initiative, which can help Enterprise Business to progress towards a scalable and defensible business vertical
