VP-Enterprise Sales
Roles and responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating your own pipeline with leading companies spanning various industries.
- Engage with CxOs and senior executives in finance, procurement, sales, and IT departments, building robust relationships and understanding the needs of decision-makers at all levels.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company solution.
- Transform client feedback into actionable strategies that drive new business and mitigate competitive risks.
- Advocate for client needs, influence their decisions, and negotiate win-win solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Account Management, Credit, and more to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing account growth. Foster a culture of trust and open communication by effectively collaborating across teams.
- Partner with channel allies and subject matter experts to drive sales opportunities.
Key Skills: - Previous experience in front-line consulting/sales roles, engaging with CxOs at leading Indian and global companies.
- An exceptionally professional, energetic, and motivated team player who upholds the highest levels of integrity and honesty.
- Possess "hunter" skills, with the determination to overcome obstacles and navigate complex sales processes.
- Track record of successfully negotiating large strategic sales deals, covering all stages of sales development: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and relationship management. Exhibit intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset, displaying drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced technology startup environment.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of financial concepts and corporate finance metrics, profitability, and working capital management.
- Ability to quickly learn and absorb new products and adapt to evolving business and customer demands.
