Vice President - Enrolments & Marketing - Education

We are executing a search for a large Education conglomerate with Pan India branches in K-12 & Pre Schools.

Position - VP - Enrolments & Marketing

Reporting To - CEO

Location - Mumbai

- The role holder will establish the marketing & enrolment strategy and new school enrolment road map for K-12 Business; drive the achievement of admission fee revenue targets and expansion of customer base through enrolments.

- Design the Marketing plan efforts for K-12 business

- Lead the enrollment teams to ensure achievement of enrollment targets

- Lead from the front and demonstrate high quality selling ability. Hire, manage and coach the enrolment and marketing teams to drive both performance and accountability.

Qualifications & Skills -

- MBA with 15-20 years of experience in B2C Sales/ Marketing

- Strong Communication Skills

- Team Player

- Strategic Thinker
