Vice President - Engineering - Paper/Pulp

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 20 years work experience in integrated pulp and paper mill or in similar process industries.

- Should be an effective team builder and able to communicate well with all Heads of Departments of Mechanical, Electrical and Control & Instrumentation

- Lead a team of Engineers in all disciplines

- Set high standards of Maintenance Practices

- Plan Predictive Maintenance activities and Optimize resources to ensure high plant uptime at least maintenance costs.
