Role Description & Desired Qualifications : - We are looking for a hands-on senior technology leader to join us and build the technology team from scratch. What we are planning to do would require very significant investment in technology & AI/ML. Hence, we would be building a substantial tech team to help us truly disrupt the Indian consumer fintech space. - Build a multi-hierarchy team of 30-50 engineers within an year of joining. - Own end to end product development and predictably deliver high-quality, scalable software - Attract outstanding technologists and build a strong team capable of delivering the world class product - Provide engineering execution excellence, as well as technical vision and direction, to ensure the development team is aligned with the strategy of the company - This role would report directly to the founders and would have significant visibility to board and investors. Following are some of the attributes we are looking for : - 8+ years of technology experience with minimum 3+ years of experience in leading mid to large technology teams. - Education from Tier 1 technology institutes. - We are looking for a hands-on leaders only and not pure people managers. - Proven ability in architecture and building scalable systems and teams. - Hands on experience with cloud based platforms and its services. - Strong background in deploying dev-ops based release processes and automated systems. - The ability to envision the future engineering needs of the company - Plan and implement accordingly. - Excellent logic and problem solving skills. - Startup experience is a must. - Experience of working with large and cutting edge internet startups and firms would be a big plus.
