Vice President - Engineering & Infrastructure - Digital Industry - IIT/NIT/BITS

- Lead and grow a world-class engineering team through mentorship and guidance and career development

- Lead partnerships with Product Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, and Data Engineering teams to find the optimal way to scale the infrastructure

- Build and manage product infrastructure, data infrastructure and offline systems

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure high degree of alignment, ruthless prioritization, timely releases of infrastructure enhancements in support of critical company initiatives.

- Communicate cross-functionally across various teams, organizations and internal and external stakeholders to drive engineering efforts

- Work with the engineering management team to develop new initiatives and improve existing processes across the entire engineering team, around code quality, technical mentorship, staffing, recruiting and retention.
