Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of engineers and related personnel.
- Recruit and develop top engineering talent.
- Develop standards and procedures to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
- Extensive engineering expertise in the areas of developing and maintaining financial service software products.
- Maintain and optimize budgets to meet goals.
- Understand and collaborate on complete product lifecycle (Financial Service Software Product) from concept to execution, working closely with Product team (Financial Service Product offering to customers).
- Recommends new technology and ideas to improve sprints and efficiency of SDLC.
- Build, develops and manages engineering team capable of carrying out initiatives.
- Tracking, analysing and monitoring technology performance metrics, and own the software product roadmap.
- Identify outsourcing opportunity and outsourcing vendor. This could be staffing partner or entire software product developing partner
- Communicating technology strategy to leadership, employees, and investors.
- Implement long term technology vision for team.
- Active participant in technology forums and represent NeoGrowth in external forums.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- BE and MBA from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 12+ yrs of experience leading a team of enthusiastic engineers
- Presentable and Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of Fintech and Fintech Lending a definite plus
