We are looking for a Technology thought leader

- Looking for some one who can bring culture of Innovation, Ability to decide the technology, Architecture etc.

- A leader who does not hesitate to do a hands on role to help the team in tough situations,

- Design and develop complex optimization and simulation models and apply them to define strategic and tactical needs and drive the appropriate business and technical solutions

- Demonstrable experience recruiting, scaling and managing an engineering team during hyper-growth periods while maintaining velocity and efficiency

- Understand business needs for defining engineering & product building requirements.

- Prioritize & scope features closely with the Product team.

- Responsible for backend, frontend, infrastructure, architecture, scalability & server-side engineering.

- Provide inputs, estimates, and plans for product and feature development. Set and manage expectations, communicate, and execute goals within timelines.

- Monitor and support apps and handle issues that get escalated.

- Champion best software engineering practices like design, code reviews etc.

- Be a technical mentor - Manage and review the technical contribution of engineers.

- Set up short bursts of hackathons with the team to accelerate ideas to the experimentation stage.
