Mandatory Competencies - Experience in all aspects of software development, including technical expertise, project management, and personnel management

- Demonstrated experience delivering innovative, customer-centric products

- Experience with building robust, scalable, distributed systems solutions to complex business problems

- Experience in delivering solutions over Mobile/Cloud using latest tech stack

Desired Education B. Tech. /M. Tech from a Tier 1 engineering school

Key Result Areas: As Knowcross- VP Engineering, you shall be responsible to maintain existing products and deliver new world class products, within allocated budget and timelines, by managing and growing a high-performance team. You will:

- Provide project management and technical leadership for product development

- Build a team to deliver cutting edge SaaS and Mobility products

- Supervise architecture plus lead efforts to develop technical roadmap of all projects

- Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high quality software

- Work closely with Developers and Product Management to influence product development assisting or improving products
