Job Description :

- The incumbent will be leading all aspects of technology, through development and deployment of the applications both web-based and mobile-based and web presence.

- You should be able to provide the technology vision to the product and build a best in class and passionate technology team. You should be well networked with friends, colleagues, classmates and have been actively involved in technology communities around your interest areas

- Your strength should be in product-engineering, data science, object-oriented programming, software architecture, product and project management

- You should have architected and led technology for consumer facing products in the global market along with being an efficient proficient problem-solver who envisions business and technical perspectives to develop workable solutions.

- You should know the in-and out of web and mobile based technologies and be someone who loves to code hands on. You should be in the forefront of technology with experience in multi-platform (web, mobile, tablet, phablets etc) development. In your own experience you should have dabbled integrating various social media platforms and APIs from different global products.

- You should be at the forefront of technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support or impede the success of the business. You should have an understanding of the marketing process and the technology support required for Internet marketing and search engine optimization.

Desired Skills & Experience :

Education : Bachelors, MS, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering from top-tier engineering college.

Experience :

- 6-12 years preferably with leading Saas/Consumer Internet Companies.

- High energy, accomplished leader with the ability to analyze complex situations to achieve results through solving problems while maintaining customer loyalty

- Broad knowledge of the web stack (Python/Ruby, HTML, databases).Advanced level skills - framework design and backend technologies (PHP, Java, MySQL, MongoDB, cloud programs and server tech)

- Experience with mobile platforms

- Experience in building technical products from the ground up

- A growth hacking attitude will be a big plus.
