Job Description : As an Engineering leader, you will be responsible for the successful execution of the company's business mission through the development of cutting-edge software products and solutions

Client Details :

Our client, a funded B2B SaaS player, offers a complete local marketing solution that makes it easy for businesses to manage their location data, presence, reputation and analytics, and provide automated marketing as well as insights

Description :

- Build, manage and mentor a team of world-class engineering managers, software developers, devops and quality assurance

- Work closely with founders and drive the product strategy & execution

- Build and manage the whole software delivery process and cadence within the engineering team to deliver high - quality releases in line with agreed upon planning horizons in an efficient manner

- Delivering engineering infrastructure and product launches of significant complexity that have broad cross-organizational, customer impact

- Provide engineering execution excellence, as well as technical vision and direction, to ensure the development team is aligned with the strategy of the company

- Technical depth Strong technical competence required to gain credibility. Ability to architect, design, and code yourself. Technical experience in building and operating web-based applications. Deep understanding of all layers of the web-stack work (from the client interface to the database)

- Creating a high-performance team culture that has a sense of purpose and urgency

Profile :

- B.Tech (Computer Science) with 12+ years of experience as an Engineering Leader with a B2B SaaS setup

- Experience to take software products from inception to customer delivery

- Prior experience in working in a start-up environment

- Engineering Management experience in B2B SaaS digital advertising, search, eCommerce, or web technology-related industry

- Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Optimization is preferred

- Excellent communication skills are a must

- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
