Job Description :
- To develop mechanisms in understanding the people challenges impacting business performance and productivity and proactively develop action plans to mitigate risks associated
- To facilitate employee development initiatives which will support actions under learning management and talent management activities through structured events like career development discussions, job rotation,deputation
- Develop long-term strategies and key initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of excellence and employee engagement
- Develops employee recognition strategies, including reviewing, evaluating, and making recommendations for departmental recognition programs
- Provide approachable and professional support to employees by phone, email and in person on all employment matters or personal issues that may be impacting at work
- Lead rewards and recognition strategy and outcomes including reviewing, evaluating and making recommendations for departmental recognition programs
Profile :
- You should come with minimum 8 years of experience of working in an extensive Employee Engagement role.
- Further more, you should come with excellent stakeholder management skills & interpersonal skills.
