Our client is a large Indian conglomerate with diversified interests and legacy of over 100 years.

- Creating an e-comm Sales strategy, Annual sales planning and monitoring with partners (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), Relationship management with agencies and partners, New channel partner identification and development in line with sales Strategy.

- Creating an annual sales plan for brand.com and strategy to achieve the plan, sales monitoring, leverage both B2B and B2C channel to build omnichannel offering integrating dealers, distributors, and own stores

- Develop and leverage digital levers UI/UX, Marketing banners, Assortment and product sequencing, personalization, AR/VR, etc.

- Development of exclusive product portfolio along with product and design team based on customer insights and trends on the e-commerce channel

- Develop processes and system along with accounting, financial and commercial team to enable omnichannel commerce

- Driving customer experience by collaborating with technology team, commercial and financial teams

- Take complete responsibility for budgeting for performance marketing and technology initiatives for digital commerce

- Responsible for catalogue management and ensuring product related information is proper across all platforms and help in driving sales and engagement

- 12-15 years of experience of managing E Commerce functions at Sr position with 1-2 years as E Commerce Head with All India Profit and Growth responsibility

- Experience in working on E-commerce sales and marketing and developing brand commerce
