Key Skills : Business Analysis, Business Development, Profitability Analysis, P&L Head.

Role: SBU Head/ Profit Centre Head, Vice President/ GM/ Head - Sales/ Business Development.

Specialization : Marketing/Brand/Product, Sales/Business Development

Industry Preferred : Petroleum/Oil and Gas/Power/Energy/Telecom/Power equipment/cables/transformers/switch-gears industries.

Qualification : BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) ( Electrical, Electronics/ Telecommunication, Mechanical ) (MUST)

Experience : 20 - 25 years of experience in power business preferably but not limited to. He may be from Power /cables/transformers/switch-gears industries. Should have strong revenue & commercial acumen Good general management skills, Strong on Innovation and operations.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for overall Operational, Commercial, PR & Statutory matters.

- Responsible for designing, developing and implementing the strategic plans in the most cost effective & time efficient manner.

- Responsible for both day to day running of the business and developing plans for achieving long term business goals.

- Responsible for increasing revenue and reducing losses of all types thus increasing profitability.

- Responsible to Increase the reach in market, acquiring new customers, increasing return from existing accounts, improving customer experience.

- Responsible for increasing productivity, reduce down times, streamline processes.

Key Competencies :

- Should have relevant experience in heading Distribution Franchisee business in a reputed organization.

- Should have exposures in operational, commercial, PR & statutory matters with excellent man-management ability.

- Should have strong revenue & commercial acumen.

- Should have good general management skills along with high degree of administrative and PR skills.
