We are looking for both seasoned Sales leaders as well as young and dynamic individuals who are aspiring to become top Sales professional in the International B2B Sales.

- Reporting to Managing Director and India Country Head, this is a Senior Management Sales position responsible to expand the Software business in India / International Market.

- Acquire new clients and develop Software practices especially on the Predictive Analytics, Big Data Analytics, Business Process Automation, Mobility, Internet on Things, Retail, BI and MS Dynamics AX verticals. However, the right person will have the freedom to develop any Software practice where he has the experience and network to grow the practice to a definite revenue potential.

- Must have strong experience and network in the US markets. He should be able to hit the ground running very quickly using his network and market knowhow.

- The ideal candidate will be highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced and data driven environment. He should enjoy setting benchmarks to create structured and consultative sales environment.

- Should co-ordinate with delivery team on pre-sales presentations, RFP response, solution architecture preparation etc. and take the sales cycle to closure.

- Demonstrate success and get buy-in from management to expand the sales team.

- The person initially will be working as an individual contributor and develop the new clients. Eventually, the person can develop his sales team in line with the business opportunities he is able to generate.

- The person will have extremely good sales incentives based on revenue realization with no upper cap.

Education, Qualification & Skills:

- An ideal candidate will have an MBA preferably in Sales and Marketing.

- Possess 15+ years of Software sales experience with strong connections in the US and European market.

- Leadership experience in sales having demonstrated strategic thinking and success sales track record.

- Should possess excellent communication skills & presentation skills.

- A go getter with progressive attitude.

- Should enjoy frequent international travel.

- Good command over spoken and written English.
